Nucleo Brasil presents nuclear microreactor project at WNE 2025

The Diamond Group, Nucleo Brasil Energia and Terminus were present at the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE 2025), the world’s leading exhibition on civil nuclear energy, held in Paris, France, from September 4 to 6.
In the event, the project of a nuclear microreactor that is being developed by Terminus, controlled by the Nucleus Brasil Energia Participações, was presented. The microreactor is a compact and modular nuclear reactor, designed to generate energy more safely, more flexibly and at less cost than traditional nuclear power plants.
WNE brings together the most comprehensive network of first-rate suppliers and service providers across the world’s nuclear sector, from power generation to applications in other markets such as medicine, agriculture, the environment and the space sector. This year, the event hosted 25 thousand participants and about 1 thousand exhibitors from 80 countries and hosted 9 thousand business meetings.
For the first time, the Brazilian delegation occupied a booth, in which it showed projects that are being developed in the country for the peaceful and sustainable use of nuclear energy. Diamante Energia, INB – Indústrias Nucleares do Brasil, Amazul – Amazona Azul Tecnologias de Defesa S.A. and Atech Negócios em Tecnologia – company of the Embraer group joined the booth – under the coordination of ABDAN – Brazilian Association for the Development of Nuclear Activities.

The Brazilian delegation held meetings with institutions and visited the booth of companies from several countries.
